Hi, I’m Megan, founder of Waves of Change Consulting.
Before I ever thought of turning my knack for organizing chaos into a business, I was the go-to person at every job — the one who could figure out how to get things done better, faster, and with less stress. Whether it was smoothing out processes, helping teams communicate more clearly, or finding the best way to organize a mountain of digital clutter, I just loved making things work.
Eventually, I realized this wasn’t just a skill — it was a calling.
That’s how Waves of Change Consulting was born: from a genuine love of helping people feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and confident in their systems.
What I Do Now
I work with small business owners — coaches, creatives, consultants, and service providers — to build the backend of their business with intention. From project management systems to client onboarding flows, file organization, and digital workspaces, I help you create a structure that supports your growth without stifling your creativity.
I know how messy business can get behind the scenes — I’ve lived it myself. I’ve also seen the difference it makes when you have tools that work for you, not against you.
