What exactly do you do?

I help service-based small business owners get organized, streamlined, and systemized using Google Workspace or Microsoft Sharepoint. Whether you are starting fresh or need a serious clean up, I'll set up the digital backend of your business so everything flows smoothly - from files and folders to workflows and templates.

What systems do you work with?

I exclusively work with Google Workspace and Microsoft Sharepoint. After trying all the other platforms out there, these are the two that I've found to be the most reliable, user-friendly, and scalable. They play well with other tools, and once set up right, they'll keep your business running clean and clutter free.

How do I know what system is right for me?

Great question - and that's part of the process! If you're already using one of the two, I'll help you build on it. If you're not sure, we'll walk through your needs together and I'll recommend the best fit based on how your business runs day to day.

Do I need to know how to use these tools before hand?

Nope! I'll walk you through everything. I build your setup so it's intuitive and easy to maintain, and I include training videos and support so you're never left guessing.

Do you offer training or support after setup?

Yes! All full setup packages include custom Loom walkthroughs and two weeks of post-project support. I want you to feel confident using your system - and I'm always happy to answer follow up questions.

How long does each service take?

Because I am also balancing a full time job (yep, I get it!), I build in realistic timelines so you're never left hanging:

Flow to Function (full setup): 3-4 weeks.
Refresh & Refine (mini-build): 1.5-2 weeks
Strategy Power Hour: 60 minute call + next day follow up

What if I'm not ready for a full setup?

That is totally fine - you can start with a Strategy Power Hour. It's a 1:1 session where we talk through what's not working, what could be improved, and how to simplify your systems without overwhelm.

Do you offer custom work outside of your packages?

I take custom requests on a case by case basis, depending on availability and how aligned the work is with what I do best. If you're not sure where you fit, just reach out and we'll chat.

Can you help me with other platforms too?

Short answer: no - and that's on purpose!

I've narrowed my focus to Google Workspace and Microsoft SharePoint because they're the most stable and scalable for small businesses. That means you get faster results and better support, without a learning curve that drags on forever.
